Fulcrum uses KyberSwap for trading liquidity. KyberSwap is connected to Uniswap and ETH2DAI in addition to their own internal reserve managers. So whatever asset you"re trading, you can get the best rate among all those options. "But doesn"t KyberSwap have high slippage?" you"re asking. KyberSwap reserves compete on slippage, and some Kyber reserves such as ETH2DAI are actually on-chain orderbooks. Slippage is not a problem as long as trades are executed optimally. Trading excessively with a single reserve before it has been rebalanced is how traders end up getting bad rates from KyberSwap.
